The UV Dog’s Best Life Grant is aimed to help dogs in need in both Vermont and New Hampshire. Do you know of a dog that needs funding for healthcare, or other needs? Fill out the application below.

- Applications reviewed by an independent panel of student volunteers
- Decisions will be made by the last day of each month
- Payments will be paid directly to services rather than the recipient’s owners
- Recipient should be willing to share photos of their dog for social media announcements
